Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at ShopOctoberLoveBoutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement if applicable. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
